In grief, we have to show ourselves compassion. Grief stretches vast. Grief looms high and plummets deep. It is healthy to acknowledge it. Rather than push it aside, we can allow ourselves to express it. Be it the pain of losing a loved one, or the agony of wanting to end one’s own existence, be it these or any other circumstance or situation of such anguish, especially in utter grief, it is imperative we see ourselves and tend to ourselves with utmost caring and kind patience.
